Mint SF hired me to design an Annual Report for their non-profit client, East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation. EBALDC develops and manages affordable homes, retail spaces and community centers. They also offer programs that help families and individuals towards financially security. Using the EBALDC brand guidelines, this design uses their grid theme, brand colors and fonts. I took the design a step further by pushing the grid theme beyond the symmetrical standard. I also introduced black and white photos to the design. I collaborated with the Creative Director, taking her design input and direction.

My client, Seneca Center, is a non-profit organization that helps children and families through the most difficult times of their lives, including services such as foster care and mental health. They hired me to design their annual report, which was a repeat project for four years.

Since the audience is a combination of corporate donors, families in need, kids and volunteers, we tried a few different approaches over the years. This approach was a friendly look and feel, sort of cut and paste, coming from the kids.
